Shipping

We offer FREE Express post shipping on orders over $130. For orders under $130 we offer flat rate $9.95 express post, same day shipping (before 2pm) via Australia Post. You should expect to receive your goods within 1 - 3 business days within Australia.

Taxes are included in the product price. 

We currently ship international orders by standard courier for a flat rate of AUD $9.95. Please allow 5-14 days for international orders. 

Returns

There's no need to stress about picking the right colour or style, we know you can have a change of heart when you see something in person. That's why we offer returns within 60 days on all Ozeano eyewear.

Please reuse the mailer we send your items in, to reduce plastic waste. Exchanges are free of charge. For change of mind returns you will just need to pay for return shipping (often $9 within Australia) and we don't charge a restocking fee. 

Circular Economy

Don’t forget you can return Ozeano sunglasses at any time after the 'Returns period' to receive 25% off your next purchase. Help us ensure our products never go to waste. We upcycle all product with our partners at Terra Cycle.
