All our frames feature world-leading sunglass lens technology. All our lenses are polarised, category 3–approved with UV400 premium protection. UV rays can be just as harmful to the eyes as they are to the skin. For that reason, it's very important to always choose sunglasses that have this protection. We also apply an anti-scratch and anti-reflective coating to all our lenses for extra durability, at no additional cost to you.

Yes. All Ozeano eco-friendly sunglasses have premium polarised lenses which contain a special filter that blocks intense reflective lights and reduces glare. As polarised sunglasses reduce the intensity of light, please note that the appearance of LCD and LED screens can be affected when viewed through polarised lenses.

We offer free replacement of your lenses within the first 2 years, and will replace them anytime after that for only $50 AUD. We build our products to last and we don't want them to ever go to waste, so we're more than happy to offer this to our customers to ensure your Ozeano eyewear can be for life. 

All Ozeano eco-friendly eyewear comes with a GOTS-certified organic cotton pouch and cleaning cloth. Our products are sent in a home compostable courier package, and included in the sale price is worldwide carbon-neutral shipping. With every sale we also donate to Seabin Project to fund the electricity and operation of a Seabin for 1.5 days, collecting an average of 6kg of plastic and marine debris (equivalent to ~500 plastic bottles). We also donate 1% of the sale price to the '1% for the planet' organisation. 

All Ozeano eyewear is one-size. We spent a considerable amount of time researching the variety in size and shape of the human head and have designed our products on what we believe to be the optimal size and shape. You can find the exact measurements of each frame on the product page. If you receive your eyewear and find that the size isn't right for you, simply return them within 60 days to receive a full refund.

We have scoured the world to find the highest natural quality materials that don't cause harm to our planet. We pay a significantly higher price for our materials than normal eyewear brands as we are very conscious of our supply chain and ensure we can guarantee they are produced in an ethical and environmentally-friendly way. Our lenses are one of the best available on the market, and all our frames are designed in Australia and handmade by specialists in a premium eyewear facility HK.
We believe our pricing is fair and we are committed to not charging large markups like most well-known brands.

We know it's important your sunglasses suit you and look just right, so we have a virtual try on service so you try all of our frames on from wherever you are.   As we're a direct to consumer business, we don't have a physical store for you to visit.

We provide flat-rate domestic and international shipping on all orders; domestic is $10 AUD and international is $20 AUD. 

It generally takes 2-5 working days from order confirmation to delivery for orders within Australia. If this is likely to be different, we will make you aware. When your product has been dispatched, we will email you with your tracking number. International shipping timescales vary. Please note that due to COVID-19 we are unable to give any guarantees or expected delivery timeframes. 

Yes, we can. We offer $20 AUD fixed-rate international shipping on all orders.

Remember, shipments outside of Australia may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country and by what was purchased, we are not able to provide an estimate of the cost. If the carrier isn't able to deliver the item to your delivery address because no one was there, please try reaching the carrier via email and/or telephone using the contact details found in your delivery confirmation email (the one containing your tracking details). We offer hassle-free returns - both for exchange or full refund - providing you return the product to us within 60 days. Read our full returns policy 

Yes, we encourage you to do so. We can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item if it's not trackable, or has sufficient shipping insurance. Items lost in transportation will not be able to be refunded.

Yes, they are. All of our products have received PETA-approved vegan certification, meaning no animals were harmed in the making of our frames, pouches, cloths or packaging.

Bio-Acetate is a totally natural, renewable, and 100% recyclable material made without the use of any of the harmful fossil fuels, oils, BPA or chemical plasticisers found in conventional acetate or plastic, replacing harmful Diethyl Phthalate—derived from petroleum—with an organic plant-based alternative.

Made from responsibly-harvested cotton and wood pulp fibres with organic pigments and dyes, this eco-friendly Bio-Acetate is much better for our ecosystem and the environment.

Besides being made from renewable resources, M49 Bio-Acetate is 100% biodegradable within 115 days, as per the Internationally recognised standard ISO 14855.

Our bio-acetate is manufactured ethically in Italy (under the European Union’s strict REACH chemical guidelines) by prestigious Italien company, Mazzucchelli 1849.
